I’m on a journey to a simpler life and I’m taking you with me!

Do you suffer from decision fatigue when you’re choosing your outfit for the day? When you get home from work, are you lucky if you can muster up enough energy to plop yourself down on the couch and binge on your latest Netflix addiction? Do you have debt that keeps you up at night? Same here! But I’m working on that.

I want to show you how embracing minimalism will help free up space for you to create the life you’ve been dreaming of. I’m here to tell you that minimalism doesn’t have to be boring. No, you don’t need to wear all black and have a bare apartment (unless you want to). Minimalism is about curating your home, personal style, and life to include only what is truly important to you. When you make intentional choices about what you let into your life, it doesn’t get filled up with stuff that will just suck up your time and energy. It looks different for everyone, and I’m still figuring out what it looks like for me.

I’ve been a minimalist for less than a year, but I’m already seeing the benefits. One of the best improvements has been with my finances. I no longer buy things on impulse which was a really bad habit of mine. I used to have no idea where my money went and I never felt like I had enough even though I have a job that pays well. Now I have a budget and I actually have fun updating it!

I’ve come a long way, but I still have a long way to go. I’m creating a debt repayment plan and more long-term personal finance goals. I’m adulting so hard! So let’s spend less time buying, cleaning, and organizing, and more time living!
